I am just old friend of Lorraine,and for more than twenty years I did not have any contact with her.She was born 1966,her origine was from Ogmore by sea,and I get some information that she is living in Hengoed now,married and with surname Philllips.I am a few thousend miles away and I have no other way to contact her,than to write message and to wait someone who know her and who will help me to contact her.Thank you,anyway

I resolved a similar issue by speaking to the electoral roll officer at the local authority and she kindly agreed to forward on an envelope to the person concerned. maybe worth a 'phone call?

Dear simonpiper, I wish if I have any chance to speak with your electoral officer. I am writing from Belgrade,Serbia,my knowledge of English language is worst than ever,almost twenty years I did not have a chance to speak or write in English.Only help which I get was to go on some sites like oneninetwo and to look at electoral roll,and to pay about 3 pounds to be a member with promise that they have her address from electoral roll.And when I want to pay with my visa credit card,they refused credit card from this part of world,and I am on beginning of search again.So if you have any chance to help me,please do it,I can not to do it by myself.
